- 1 lb, thinly sliced beef sirloin
- 2 cups, trimmed green beans
- 3 cloves, minced garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp coconut aminos
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Step 1: Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Step 2: Add 1 lb thinly sliced beef sirloin and cook 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned on all sides and cooked to desired doneness.
- Step 3: Push beef to one side of the skillet, add remaining 1 tbsp olive oil, then add 3 minced garlic cloves. Sauté 1 minute until fragrant.
- Step 4: Add 2 cups trimmed green beans and stir-fry 5-6 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp.
