Garlic-Herb Sautéed Shrimp with Cherry Tomatoes

- 8 oz, peeled and deveined shrimp
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves, minced garlic
- 1 cup, halved cherry tomatoes
- 1 tbsp, finely chopped fresh basil
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp sea salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Step 1: Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant but not browned.
- Step 2: Add shrimp, cherry tomatoes, 1/8 tsp sea salt, and 1/8 tsp black pepper. Sauté for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until shrimp turn pink and opaque.
- Step 3: Remove from heat, stir in 1 tbsp chopped basil and 1 tsp lemon juice. Serve immediately with crusty bread to soak up the sauce.
