- 4, skin-on bone-in chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves, minced garlic

- 2 cups, halved brussels sprouts
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels, then season evenly with 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
- Step 2: In a small bowl, combine 2 tablespoons olive oil and 2 minced garlic cloves. Rub this mixture over the chicken thighs to coat completely.
- Step 3: Arrange chicken thighs in a single layer in a baking dish, then scatter 2 cups halved brussels sprouts around the chicken.
