Garlic Sautéed Spinach with Avocado

- 6 oz Spinach
- 1 medium Avocado
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/4 tsp Sea salt
- 1/8 tsp Black pepper
Instructions
- Step 1: Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering. Add 2 minced garlic cloves and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant, avoiding browning.
- Step 2: Add 6 oz packed fresh spinach to the skillet, stirring until wilted and reduced to about half its volume, approximately 2 minutes.
- Step 3: Remove from heat, stir in 1 diced medium avocado, 1/4 tsp sea salt, and 1/8 tsp black pepper. Serve immediately while warm.
