  2. Step 2: Add 50 mL gin, 20 mL fresh lemon juice, and 20 mL honey syrup to the shaker.
  3. Step 3: Add 5 mL Greek yogurt and 1 cup ice cubes, then shake vigorously for 15 seconds until frothy and well-chilled.
  4. Step 4: Strain into a chilled coupe glass, top with 100 mL chilled soda water, and gently stir for 10 seconds to combine.
