Gin & Honey Lemon Fizz

Ingredients
- 50 mL gin
- 20 mL fresh lemon juice
- 20 mL honey syrup
- 3 fresh raspberries
- 5 mL Greek yogurt
- 100 mL soda water
Instructions
- Step 1: In a cocktail shaker, muddle 3 fresh raspberries until crushed and releasing their juices.
- Step 2: Add 50 mL gin, 20 mL fresh lemon juice, and 20 mL honey syrup to the shaker.
- Step 3: Add 5 mL Greek yogurt and 1 cup ice cubes, then shake vigorously for 15 seconds until frothy and well-chilled.
- Step 4: Strain into a chilled coupe glass, top with 100 mL chilled soda water, and gently stir for 10 seconds to combine.
