Ingredients
- 1/4 cup, grated fresh ginger
- 2 cups fresh orange juice
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup honey
- 6 cups chilled sparkling water
- 8, for garnish fresh orange slices
- 1/4 cup, for garnish fresh mint leaves
Instructions
- Step 1: In a large pitcher, combine 1/4 cup grated fresh ginger, 2 cups fresh orange juice, 1 cup fresh lemon juice, and 1/2 cup honey. Stir until honey dissolves completely, about 2 minutes.
- Step 2: Add 6 cups chilled sparkling water and stir gently. Taste and adjust sweetness with extra honey (up to 1/4 cup) if needed.
- Step 3: Chill for at least 2 hours to develop flavors.
- Step 4: Serve over ice in glasses, garnished with a fresh orange slice and 4-5 mint leaves.
