Ingredients
- 1 tsp green tea leaves
- 1 tbsp, grated fresh ginger
- 1/4, sliced lemon
- 1 tsp honey
- 8 oz water
Instructions
- Step 1: Bring 8 oz water to a gentle simmer in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add 1 tsp green tea leaves and 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger, then cover and steep for 3 minutes.
- Step 2: Strain the tea into a mug, discarding the leaves and ginger. Add 1/4 sliced lemon and 1 tsp honey, stirring until dissolved.
- Step 3: Let the tea sit for 1 minute to allow flavors to meld, then serve immediately.
