Ginger-Lemon Steeped Tea

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp, peeled and grated fresh ginger
- 1, thinly sliced lemon
- 1 tbsp green tea leaves
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 cups water
Instructions
- Step 1: Bring 2 cups water to a gentle simmer in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Step 2: Add 2 tbsp peeled and grated fresh ginger and 1 thinly sliced lemon to the simmering water, then reduce heat to low and let it steep for 10 minutes.
- Step 3: Remove the ginger and lemon slices, then stir in 1 tbsp honey until dissolved, and strain into a teacup.
