  1. Step 1: Pat chicken breasts dry and season with 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper.
  2. Step 2: Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook 5-6 minutes per side until golden and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  3. Step 3: Remove chicken, then add 1 tbsp grated ginger and 2 minced garlic cloves to skillet. Sauté 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Step 4: Add 12 oz broccoli florets and cook 5-7 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp.
  5. Step 5: Return chicken to skillet, add 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds, and toss to coat. Cook 1 minute more.
