Ginger-Spiced Panna Cotta with Orange Blossom Syrup

  1. Step 1: Bloom 1 packet gelatin powder in 2 tbsp cold water for 5 minutes. Warm 1 cup heavy cream, 1/4 cup sugar, and 1 tbsp grated ginger in a saucepan over medium-low heat until sugar dissolves, about 3 minutes.
  2. Step 2: Remove from heat, stir in dissolved gelatin and 1 tsp orange blossom water, then strain mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a bowl.
  3. Step 3: Pour into 4 tall glasses, refrigerate for 4 hours until set, then garnish with 1 mint leaf and a drizzle of additional orange blossom water.
