Ginger-Turmeric Salmon with Lemon-Dill Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 (6 oz each) salmon fillets
- 1 tbsp, grated fresh ginger
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1, juiced lemon
- 2 tbsp, finely chopped fresh dill
- 1 bunch, trimmed asparagus
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 425°F. Place 2 salmon fillets on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Rub each fillet with 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp grated ginger, 1/2 tsp turmeric, and 1/4 tsp salt. Top with 1/4 cup chopped asparagus spears.
- Step 2: Bake for 12-14 minutes until salmon flakes easily with a fork. While salmon bakes, whisk together 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp chopped dill, and 1/4 tsp salt in a small bowl.
- Step 3: Remove salmon from oven and let rest for 3 minutes. Drizzle with lemon-dill sauce and serve immediately with additional asparagus.
