  2. Step 2: Season both sides of 2 (150g) barramundi fillets with 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
  3. Step 3: In a small bowl, mix 1/2 tablespoon olive oil, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon lemon zest, 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, and 1 tablespoon fresh dill; brush evenly over fillets.
  4. Step 4: Place fillets on preheated grill pan and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, until fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
