Ingredients
- 4 (6 oz each) salmon fillets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1, juiced lemon
- 2 cloves, minced garlic
- 1 tsp dried dill
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp, drained capers
- 1 tbsp, chopped fresh dill
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat grill to 375°F. Pat salmon dry, rub with 1 tbsp olive oil, and season with 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper, minced garlic, dried dill, and 1 tbsp lemon juice.
- Step 2: Grill skin-side down for 5 minutes without moving, then flip and cook 4-6 minutes until opaque and flakes easily.
- Step 3: Whisk capers, 1 tbsp fresh dill, 1 tbsp olive oil, and 1 tbsp lemon juice for sauce.
- Step 4: Transfer salmon to plates, drizzle with sauce, and serve immediately.
