- 1/2 cup grated carrot
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh thyme
- 1 tsp chopped fresh rosemary
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 2 tbsp coconut aminos
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F. In a bowl, combine ground beef, grated carrot, diced onion, 1 tbsp chopped thyme, 1 tsp chopped rosemary, and 2 tbsp coconut aminos. Mix gently with hands until just combined.
- Step 2: Press mixture into a loaf pan lined with parchment paper, smoothing the top. Brush with 1 tbsp olive oil.
