Herb-Infused Chicken Ring with Lemon

  2. Step 2: Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Place the chicken breast in the skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes per side, until golden and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F).
  3. Step 3: Transfer the chicken to a plate and arrange 1 lemon, sliced into thin rounds, around the chicken ring.
