Herb-Infused Olive Oil with Rosemary

Ingredients
- 4 sprigs fresh rosemary sprigs
- 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
Instructions
- Step 1: Trim 4 fresh rosemary sprigs, removing tough stems, and finely chop the leaves. Peel 2 garlic cloves and mince them finely.
- Step 2: Place chopped rosemary, minced garlic, and 1/4 tsp sea salt in a small heatproof bowl.
- Step 3: Heat 1 cup extra virgin olive oil in a small saucepan until it reaches 120°F (just warm to the touch), then pour it over the rosemary mixture.
- Step 4: Let the oil steep at room temperature for 2 hours, then strain through a fine-mesh sieve into a clean glass bottle, discarding solids.
