Herb-Infused Tomato and Mozzarella Bruschetta

Ingredients
- 1 (1 inch thick slices) baguette
- 2 cups (diced) heirloom tomatoes
- 1/4 cup (chopped) fresh basil
- 1 tbsp (chopped) fresh oregano
- 1/2 cup (diced) mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat broiler to high. Brush baguette slices with 1 tbsp olive oil and toast under broiler for 2-3 minutes until golden.
- Step 2: Toss tomatoes, basil, oregano, mozzarella, balsamic vinegar, remaining olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl until combined.
- Step 3: Spoon tomato mixture evenly over toasted baguette slices and serve immediately.
