  2. Step 2: Heat remaining 1 tbsp olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear pork chops for 2 minutes per side until golden brown, then transfer skillet to oven and roast for 12-15 minutes until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
  3. Step 3: While pork cooks, heat 1 tbsp butter in a separate skillet over medium heat. Add green beans and cook for 3 minutes, then add minced garlic and cook for 1 more minute until fragrant.
