Hibiscus-Berry Infused Punch

Ingredients
- 2 cups chilled hibiscus tea
- 1 cup mixed berries, hulled and halved
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup honey
- 4 cups chilled sparkling water
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
Instructions
- Step 1: In a large pitcher, combine 2 cups chilled hibiscus tea, 1 cup mixed berries (hulled and halved), 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice, and 1/4 cup honey. Muddle gently for 2-3 minutes until berries release juices and mixture is well combined.
- Step 2: Stir in 4 cups chilled sparkling water until well mixed, then cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow flavors to infuse.
- Step 3: Serve over ice in glasses, garnished with 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves.
