Hibiscus-Ginger Citrus Spritzer

Ingredients
- 1.5 cups hibiscus tea
- 1 tablespoon ginger juice
- 1 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 4 cups sparkling water
Instructions
- Step 1: In a large pitcher, combine 1.5 cups cooled brewed hibiscus tea, 1 tablespoon fresh ginger juice, 1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice, and 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice. Stir until fully blended.
- Step 2: Add 1/4 cup pure maple syrup and stir until completely dissolved.
- Step 3: Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
- Step 4: Just before serving, stir in 4 cups chilled sparkling water and serve over ice in chilled glasses.
