Ingredients
- 1 cup hibiscus tea
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
- 1/2 oz honey
- 4 mint leaves
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- Step 1: In a glass, muddle 4 fresh mint leaves with 1/2 oz honey until mint is fragrant and honey dissolves (about 15 seconds).
- Step 2: Add 1 cup cooled brewed hibiscus tea and 1/2 oz lemon juice, then stir until fully combined and chilled.
- Step 3: Top with 1 cup cold water and stir gently until diluted and clear.
- Step 4: Add ice cubes and serve immediately.
