Hibiscus-Strawberry Steeped Tonic

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Dried hibiscus flowers
- 2 cups Water
- 1 cup, hulled and sliced Strawberries
- 3 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Lime juice
- 2 cups Sparkling water
Instructions
- Step 1: In a small saucepan, bring 2 cups water to a gentle simmer. Add 1/4 cup dried hibiscus flowers and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and steep for 20 minutes, then strain into a bowl through a fine-mesh sieve.
- Step 2: In a blender, combine the strained hibiscus liquid, 1 cup sliced strawberries, 3 tbsp honey, and 1 tbsp lime juice. Blend on medium for 1 minute until smooth.
- Step 3: Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher, then add 2 cups sparkling water. Stir gently and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
