Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a bowl, toss 6 peeled, sliced apples with 1/2 cup granulated sugar, 1.5 tsp cinnamon, and 3 tbsp flour until evenly coated. Transfer to a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Step 2: In another bowl, combine 1 cup rolled oats, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup cold cubed butter, and 1 tsp vanilla extract. Use a pastry cutter or fork to work until crumbly and pea-sized.
