Honey-Candied Citrus and Almond Crumble

- 4 cups, fresh (from 4 large oranges) orange segments
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup, melted butter
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- pinch salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Toss 4 cups orange segments with 1/4 cup honey and 1 tbsp lemon juice in a large bowl.
- Step 2: In a separate bowl, mix 1/4 cup almond flour, 1/2 cup rolled oats, 1/4 cup all-purpose flour, 1/4 cup chopped almonds, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
- Step 3: Add 1/4 cup melted butter to the dry ingredients and stir until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Step 4: Pour the citrus mixture into a baking dish, then sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the top.
- Step 5: Bake for 30-35 minutes until the topping is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
