Honey-Ginger Black Tea

Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 2 teaspoons black tea
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 inch, peeled and thinly sliced fresh ginger
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
Instructions
- Step 1: Bring 2 cups of water to a gentle boil in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Step 2: Add 2 teaspoons of loose-leaf black tea and 1/2 inch peeled and thinly sliced fresh ginger, then reduce heat to low and steep for 3 minutes.
- Step 3: Remove tea leaves or strain out tea bags, then stir in 1 tablespoon of honey and 1 teaspoon of orange zest. Serve immediately.
