Honey-Glazed Chicken Thighs with Garlic and Rosemary

- 1.5 lbs, skin-on and bone-in chicken thighs
- 3 tbsp honey
- 3 cloves, minced garlic
- 1 tbsp, chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F. Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels and season with 1 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp black pepper on both sides.
- Step 2: In a small bowl, mix 3 tbsp honey, 3 minced garlic cloves, 1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary, and 1 tbsp olive oil to form a glaze.
- Step 3: Place chicken thighs skin-side up in a baking dish. Brush the glaze evenly over the chicken.
- Step 4: Roast in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F and the skin is golden and crisp.
