- 4 cups Mixed greens
- 2, thinly sliced Bosc pears
- 1/2 cup, crumbled Blue cheese
- 1/4 cup, toasted Walnuts
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp Salt
Instructions
- Step 1: Whisk 1 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar, 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil, 1 tsp Dijon mustard, and 1/4 tsp salt in a bowl until emulsified.
- Step 2: Toss 4 cups mixed greens with half the dressing to coat evenly.
- Step 3: Heat a skillet over medium heat, add 2 thinly sliced Bosc pears, and cook for 4-5 minutes until caramelized; toss with 1 tbsp honey.
- Step 4: Arrange greens on plates, top with pear slices, 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese, and 1/4 cup toasted walnuts.
- Step 5: Drizzle with remaining dressing and serve immediately.
