  4. Step 4: Return chicken to skillet, spoon sauce over top, and simmer 10 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F.
  5. Step 5: While chicken cooks, heat 1 tbsp olive oil in separate pan. Sauté kale and lemon juice for 4 minutes until wilted.
