- Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F. Peel, core, and slice 4 cups apples into 1/2-inch thick slices.
- Step 2: In a bowl, toss apples with 1/4 cup honey, 3 tbsp all-purpose flour, and 1 tsp cinnamon until evenly coated.
- Step 3: Transfer apple mixture to a 9x9-inch baking dish and spread evenly.
- Step 4: In a separate bowl, mix 1/2 cup rolled oats, 3 tbsp butter (cold and cubed), and a pinch of salt until crumbly.
