- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup raspberries
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Step 1: In a small saucepan, combine 1/2 cup rolled oats, 1 cup water, and 1/2 cup milk. Bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
- Step 2: Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until oats have absorbed most liquid and mixture is creamy and thickened.
- Step 3: Remove from heat, stir in 1 tbsp honey and 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon until fully incorporated. Let sit for 2 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Step 4: Divide oatmeal into bowls and top with 1/4 cup fresh blueberries and 1/4 cup fresh raspberries.
