Ingredients
- 2 ounces Japanese whisky
- 4 ounces Club soda
- 12 Ice cubes
- 1 Lemon twist
Instructions
- Step 1: Fill a highball glass with 12 ice cubes until the glass is ¾ full.
- Step 2: Pour 2 ounces Japanese whisky over the ice, allowing it to settle through the ice cubes.
- Step 3: Slowly top with 4 ounces club soda, pouring down the side of the glass to preserve bubbles without overflowing.
- Step 4: Gently stir once with a bar spoon until the ice partially melts and the drink is well-chilled, then express a lemon twist over the glass before discarding the peel.
