Jet-Stream Salmon
Pan-seared salmon fillets with a light lemon-dill sauce.

Ingredients
- 2 (6 oz each) salmon fillets
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1, sliced lemon
- 2 tbsp, chopped fresh dill
- 1 clove, minced garlic
- 2 tbsp white wine
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Step 1: Season 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each) with 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper.
- Step 2: Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down and cook for 4 minutes until golden.
- Step 3: Flip the salmon and cook for 3-4 minutes more until cooked through.
- Step 4: Remove the salmon and set aside. Add 1 minced garlic clove and 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill to the skillet, stirring for 30 seconds.
- Step 5: Pour in 2 tbsp white wine and simmer for 1 minute to reduce.
- Step 6: Add 1 tbsp butter and stir until melted. Return the salmon to the skillet, spooning the sauce over it.
- Step 7: Garnish with 1 sliced lemon and additional dill.
