Ingredients
- 1 cup kombucha
- 1 medium cucumber
- 1/4 cup fresh mint
- 1 lime
- 1 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- Step 1: Peel and thinly slice cucumber into 1/4-inch rounds; place in a blender with 1/4 cup mint leaves and lime juice from 1 lime.
- Step 2: Add 1 cup kombucha and blend on low speed for 30 seconds until cucumber is finely chopped but not pureed.
- Step 3: Strain mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a glass, pressing gently with a spoon to extract all liquid.
- Step 4: Discard pulp and add ice cubes. Stir gently until chilled and bubbles are visible on the surface.
- Step 5: Garnish with a single mint sprig and serve immediately to preserve carbonation.
