Ingredients
- 1 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup honey
- 4 cups water
- 1/4 cup, fresh basil leaves
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 2 cups sparkling water
- 1/4 cup, fresh mint leaves
Instructions
- Step 1: In a large pitcher, combine 1 cup lemon juice, 1/4 cup honey, 4 cups cold water, and 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves; stir well and let steep at room temperature for 30 minutes.
- Step 2: Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a clean pitcher, pressing gently on basil to extract liquid while discarding solids.
- Step 3: Stir in 1/2 cup lime juice and 2 cups cold sparkling water.
- Step 4: Chill for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
