Lemon-Dill Butter Chicken Thighs with Sautéed Green Beans

Ingredients
- 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill
- 2 cups green beans
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
- Step 1: Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
- Step 2: Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Place chicken skin-side down and cook for 8 minutes until golden, flip, and cook 6 more minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Step 3: Remove chicken and set aside. Add 2 tablespoons butter, 1 tablespoon lemon zest, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, and 1 tablespoon fresh dill to the skillet, stirring until butter melts and sauce thickens slightly.
- Step 4: Add 2 cups green beans to skillet, sauté for 5 minutes until tender-crisp, then return chicken to skillet, spooning sauce over top, and cook 2 minutes to reheat.
