Lemon-Pepper Chicken with Garlic

Ingredients
- 4, boneless and skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves, minced garlic
- 1, zested and juiced lemon
- 1 tsp, freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Step 1: Pat 4 boneless chicken breasts dry with paper towels and season both sides with 1/2 tsp salt and 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper.
- Step 2: Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering. Add chicken breasts and cook for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Step 3: Remove chicken from skillet and set aside. Add 4 minced garlic cloves to the same skillet, stirring for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Step 4: Return chicken to skillet and add 1 lemon zested and juiced, tossing to coat. Cook for 1 minute more until lemon flavors meld and chicken is heated through.
- Step 5: Sprinkle with 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley and serve immediately.
