Maple-Baked Oatmeal with Pecans and Raspberries

- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x9 inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Step 2: In a large bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups rolled oats, 2 cups milk, 1/4 cup pure maple syrup, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, and 1/4 tsp salt. Stir until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Step 3: Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and sprinkle 1/2 cup chopped pecans evenly over the top. Arrange 1 cup fresh raspberries in a single layer on top.
- Step 4: Bake for 35-40 minutes until the edges are golden brown and the center is set with a slight jiggle. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
