Maple-Baked Salmon

Ingredients
- 4 (6 ounces each) salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1, sliced lemon
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon, chopped fresh dill
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F. Place 4 salmon fillets (6 ounces each) on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Step 2: Whisk together 2 tablespoons maple syrup, 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, and 1 tablespoon olive oil.
- Step 3: Brush the mixture over salmon fillets and season with 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
- Step 4: Arrange 1 sliced lemon on top of each fillet.
- Step 5: Bake for 12-15 minutes until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Step 6: Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill.
