Maple-Baked Salmon

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F. Place 4 salmon fillets (6 ounces each) on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  2. Step 2: Whisk together 2 tablespoons maple syrup, 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, and 1 tablespoon olive oil.
  3. Step 3: Brush the mixture over salmon fillets and season with 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
  4. Step 4: Arrange 1 sliced lemon on top of each fillet.
  5. Step 5: Bake for 12-15 minutes until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Step 6: Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill.
