- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1 large egg

- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Step 2: In a large bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter, 1/2 cup light brown sugar, and 1/4 cup pure maple syrup until smooth.
- Step 3: Add 1 large egg and 1 tsp vanilla extract, whisking until fully incorporated.
