- 2 tsp matcha powder

- 3 tbsp honey
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Step 1: In a medium bowl, combine 1 cup rolled oats, 2 tsp matcha powder, and 1/2 cup shredded coconut, stirring to evenly distribute the matcha.
- Step 2: Add 1/4 cup peanut butter and 3 tbsp honey to the oat mixture, then stir until fully combined and sticky.
- Step 3: Fold in 1/4 cup chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
- Step 4: Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to firm up slightly.
