Matcha-Espresso Fusion Latte

Ingredients
- 1 shot (1 oz) espresso
- 1 tsp matcha powder
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp honey
- pinch sea salt
Instructions
- Step 1: In a small bowl, whisk 1 tsp matcha powder with 1/4 cup hot water until smooth and free of lumps, about 30 seconds.
- Step 2: Add 1 shot espresso (1 oz) to the matcha mixture and stir until fully combined.
- Step 3: Heat 1/2 cup milk in a saucepan until steaming (not boiling), then pour into a blender with 1 tsp honey and a pinch of sea salt. Blend for 30 seconds until frothy, then pour over the matcha-espresso mixture and stir gently.
