  2. Step 2: In a small bowl, combine 1/4 cup olive oil, 1/2 cup basil, 1/4 cup parsley, minced garlic, and juice from 1 lemon; whisk until herbs are finely chopped and oil is emulsified.
  3. Step 3: Toss zucchini noodles with 2 tbsp herb oil in a large bowl, coating evenly. Season with 1/4 tsp salt and toss again.
