Mini Fruit Pizza Bites

Ingredients
- 1 sheet (about 12 oz), thawed refrigerated pizza dough
- 1/4 cup strawberry jam
- 1/4 cup blueberry yogurt
- 1/2 cup (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries) mixed fresh berries
- 1 tbsp (optional) chia seeds
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to 1/8-inch thickness. Cut into 12 equal squares using a pizza cutter.
- Step 2: Place squares on a baking sheet and brush each with 1/4 cup strawberry jam, leaving a 1/4-inch border around edges.
- Step 3: Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden and crisp, rotating the sheet halfway.
- Step 4: While baking, mix 1/4 cup blueberry yogurt with 1/2 cup mixed fresh berries and 1 tbsp chia seeds (if using).
- Step 5: Let pizza bites cool slightly, then spread berry-yogurt mixture on top. Serve immediately.
