Ingredients
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1 cup mixed berries
- 3 cups apple juice
- 2 cups sparkling water
- 2 cups ice cubes
- 10 mint leaves
Instructions
- Step 1: In a blender, combine 1/4 cup fresh lime juice, 1/4 cup packed fresh mint leaves, and 1 cup mixed berries. Blend on high for 1 minute until smooth.
- Step 2: Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a large pitcher, pressing with a spoon to extract all liquid and discarding solids.
- Step 3: Add 3 cups apple juice and 2 cups sparkling water to the pitcher. Stir gently to combine.
- Step 4: Chill the punch in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Step 5: Before serving, add 2 cups ice cubes and stir gently.
