Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1/4 cup coarsely ground coffee
- 1/2 tsp white miso paste
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1/4 cup milk
Instructions
- Step 1: In a jar, combine 1/2 cup cold water and 1/4 cup coarsely ground coffee; seal and refrigerate for 12 hours to steep.
- Step 2: After 12 hours, strain the coffee through a fine-mesh sieve into a bowl, then stir in 1/2 tsp white miso paste until fully dissolved with no lumps.
- Step 3: Add 1/2 cup cold water and 1/4 cup milk, stir until well combined, and serve immediately over ice.
