- 12 oz salmon fillets
- 3 tbsp white miso paste
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 2 cups rice
- 1 tbsp ginger
- 2 cups broccoli
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
Instructions
- Step 1: In a small bowl, combine 3 tbsp white miso paste, 2 tbsp mirin, and 1 tbsp grated ginger to form a thick glaze.
- Step 2: Place 12 oz salmon fillets on a parchment-lined baking sheet and spread the miso glaze evenly over each fillet.
- Step 3: Cook salmon in a preheated oven at 400°F for 12-14 minutes until edges are slightly crisp and center is opaque.
- Step 4: While salmon cooks, cook 2 cups rice according to package instructions and mix in 1 tsp sesame oil and 1 tbsp grated ginger after fluffing.
- Step 5: Steam 2 cups broccoli florets for 5-6 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp, then toss with 1 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tsp sesame oil.
