Miso-Glazed Shishito Peppers with Sesame

Instructions
- Step 1: In a small bowl, whisk 2 tbsp white miso paste, 1 tbsp rice vinegar, 1 tsp maple syrup, and 1/2 tsp toasted sesame oil until smooth and fully combined.
- Step 2: Pat 12 shishito peppers dry with paper towels. Place them in a single layer on a baking sheet and brush generously with the miso mixture, ensuring each pepper is coated.
- Step 3: Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 12-14 minutes, flipping halfway, until peppers are slightly blistered and edges are caramelized. Sprinkle with 1 tsp sesame seeds before serving.
