Mixed Vegetable Oven-Baked Feast

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Step 1: Toss 2 medium cubed potatoes, 1 cup sliced carrots, and 1 cup trimmed green beans in a roasting pan with 1/2 cup coconut milk, 1/2 cup finely chopped onion, and 1 tablespoon grated ginger.
- Step 2: Sprinkle 1 teaspoon cumin powder and 1/2 teaspoon salt over the vegetables, then mix well to coat evenly.
