- 2 large, peeled and pitted avocado
- 3 oz, melted dark chocolate
- 1/4 cup full-fat coconut milk
- 2 tbsp erythritol
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch sea salt
Instructions
- Step 1: Place 2 peeled and pitted large avocados, 3 oz melted dark chocolate, 1/4 cup full-fat coconut milk, 2 tbsp erythritol, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt into a food processor.
- Step 2: Blend on high for 2 minutes until completely smooth and creamy, scraping down sides halfway through. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Step 3: Divide mixture into 4 serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set before serving.
