- 1/4 cup granola
Instructions
- Step 1: In a small bowl, mix 1/2 cup mixed berries, 1 tablespoon honey, and 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract until berries are coated and honey is absorbed.
- Step 2: In a glass or parfait dish, layer 1/4 cup Greek yogurt, followed by 1/4 cup of the berry mixture, then 2 tablespoons granola.
